GREENya LLC is a land development and project structuring company based in Krasnoyarsk Region, Siberia. We focus on roadside, logistics, agro and tourism locations, turning raw land into ready‑to‑build and revenue‑generating assets.

Our pilot project is a 6.9 ha land plot in the Mansky district of Krasnoyarsk Region, with approx. 1 ha allocated for a modern filling station and roadside service area.
The location is designed as a future cluster point: fuel, food, parking and storage, leveraging existing traffic and tourism flows.
Partnership model:
We are open to joint ventures and equity participation. Typical structure: the investor provides capital and may act as a general contractor; GREENya is responsible for land, permitting, site preparation and project execution. Profit share and exit scenarios are negotiated individually.
